Volunteers are vital to the day-to-day running of the sanctuary as well as ensuring it continues to make an impact in Waterford county. We do not require long-term commitment from people and even an hour a month can make a difference. All potential volunteers are required to fill out this form and return it to us. Upon approval, they will be given a Volunteering Handbook and will receive training if they wish to be equine handlers. For those who wish to volunteer with the fundraising side of things, they will receive a special ID badge which makes them easily identifiable to the public as official fundraisers.
